Connect Groups

Connect Groups are a place to connect and grow in our relationship with God and with others. New Vision offers many different types of groups. Check out the list below and find the one (or more!) that fits you! Then, sign up on your Connection Card and let us know which group(s) you will be joining this semester!

 

  1. Brothers of Iron

Categories:  Discipleship, Fellowship, Men, Wednesdays, Year-Round

Led by:  Tracy Carter (615-633-5247) and Troy Carter

Meets:  Wednesdays at 7:00pm in the Sportsmen Building at New Vision

Begins: This group meets year-round.

This Connect Group is a place for men to share life together, find accountability, and brothers who will stand together for victory in their personal lives, families, and community.

  1.  Divorce Care

Categories:  Support / Recovery

Led by:  Ron (270-606-0963) and Cindy (270-606-0965) Bluett

Meets:  Sundays at 10:30am in New Vision Portable 4

Begins:  February 11

Divorce Care provides support and encouragement for men and women affected by divorce. Through biblically sound teaching and group discussion, this connect group provides an environment for support and healing.

  1.  Embrace

Meets:  Wednesdays at 7:00pm in the Vision Kids Room

Begins:  This group meets year-round.

The Embrace Connect Group encourages women to embrace who they are in Christ and become all they are created to be. Through DVD studies and live teaching, women will grow in their relationship with God and others.

  1.  Feasting with Faron & Friends

Meets:  6:00pm at various locations

Begins:  February 5th

This group meets every other Monday night at different restaurants for fun, fellowship, and food. It provides an opportunity to get to know one another better so we can minister to each other better.

  1. MUMS (Moms Uplifting Moms)

This discipleship group helps men to find their identity in Christ and tear down strongholds, accept Christian authority, and build relationships with Christ and each other.

  1.  Young Adults
